Buying Art

At the present time, we do not offer an online shopping cart and checkout system. We intend to add these features in the very near future. In the meantime, if you would like to purchase an item from our online collection, please contact us via e-mail or through our toll-free number.

For your convenience, each art detail page has a link to request additional information. Simply enter your name, e-mail address, and comments in the form provided. We will follow up with you to answer questions and finalize your purchase offline.

Sales Tax

Prices posted on our Web site do not include applicable sales taxes. Sales tax may apply, depending on where you live. Gallery Nevena is located in Texas and is required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all purchases made by Texas residents. We may also be obligated to collect sales tax from buyers living in certain other jurisdictions. In any event, we will communicate the total price to you, including all taxes and/or shipping fees, before completing any transaction.

Forms of Payment Accepted

You may pay for your purchase by check or by wire transfer. All funds must be in United States dollars and payable to "Gallery Nevena." We are currently unable to accept credit/debit cards or electronic payments (e.g., PayPal). We will begin offering additional payment options soon and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery & Shipping

If you live in the Austin metropolitan area, we will be pleased to deliver your art to your home or office at no charge. Gallery Nevena offers free shipping to any location within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). However, there may be a surcharge on items sent via overnight or expedited shipping. In certain cases, there may be an additional cost to ship items that exceed size or weight limits imposed by the carrier. We will let you know if any of these additional fees apply.

Framing Services

Most of our art is sold unframed. While we do not offer framing services in house, we work with an excellent local frame shop in Austin and would be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect frame to complement your art purchase.
